This includes average investor-finding behavior by startup category, common growth patterns, sector performance metrics, and funding timeline averages. Your individual pitch decks, cap tables, financial projections, and specific company data remain completely private.
• Investors: We share aggregated interest categories and founder engagement behavior patterns with startups, companies, and venture funds. This includes average portfolio preferences by investor type, engagement timing trends, sector interest distributions, and investment thesis patterns. Your individual portfolio companies, investment amounts, deal terms, and specific due diligence activities are never disclosed.

• Strict Non-Resale Policy: Any corporation, bank, venture fund, or institution purchasing aggregated data from ScaleVest is contractually prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing this data with third parties. The data is licensed for internal strategic use only.
• Anonymization Standards: All aggregated data undergoes multi-layer anonymization. Datasets include a minimum of 50+ entities to prevent reverse-identification, with statistical noise added to protect outliers.

Your Data, Your Control

ScaleVest operates as a zero-trust architecture where you maintain complete sovereignty over your information.

• No Third-Party Access: Your raw, individual data is never provided to any third-party company, government agency, or external entity without explicit legal requirement and advance notification.
• Age Verification: ScaleVest is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store data from individuals under 13 years of age, in compliance with COPPA regulations.
• Multi-Factor Authentication: Enterprise-tier accounts require mobile OTP verification and social identity attestation for high-security access tiers.
• Right to Erasure: You can request complete deletion of your entire data footprint at any time by contacting scalevestofficial@gmail.com. Deletion is irreversible and executed within 72 hours.

ScaleVest utilizes Google API Services, Firebase, and Gemini AI under strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

• Bot Prevention: We access your Google Account profile and verified email address via OAuth exclusively to verify human identity and prevent automated bot infiltration.
• Mobile Verification: Phone numbers are collected via Multi-Factor Authentication to ensure account security and platform integrity.
• Firebase Storage: All user data is stored within Google Firebase under enterprise-grade security rules. ScaleVest maintains a zero-sharing policy—your data is never sold, leased, or transferred to external marketing agencies.
• AI Processing: Non-sensitive operational data may be processed via Google Gemini to provide strategic business insights. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is used for training external models or shared with third parties.

• Permanent Ban: Any attempt to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or execute fraudulent operations results in immediate, permanent, and irrevocable account termination.

• Strategic Guidance Only: Data and insights provided are for internal strategic planning and decision support—not for official legal submissions, tax certifications, or regulatory filings.

7-Day Technical Support Window

ScaleVest provides a 7-day resolution window for technical service failures.

• Activation Failures: Covers failures in "Founder Emergence," "CFO Plan," or other premium tier provisioning due to system errors.
• Duplicate Charges: Automatic correction for duplicate charges caused by payment gateway latencies or processing errors.
• Refund Process: Contact scalevestofficial@gmail.com with your transaction ID and issue description. Resolution occurs within 7 business days.
