You paid for Founder Emergence, CFO Plans, or Token Bundles but the service was never activated or credited to your account because of a technical failure on our end.
Full Refund GuaranteedYou purchased a CFO plan but, due to a platform issue, the plan could not be properly set up or applied inside your account.
Full Refund GuaranteedA technical glitch caused your payment to be charged twice for the exact same order or service. The duplicate amount is fully refunded once verified.
Duplicate Amount RefundedOnce any service — CFO Plan, Token Bundle, or any other product — has been successfully activated and is live on your account, it becomes non-refundable. We cannot process refunds on services that have already been delivered and used.
No RefundWe strictly do not support refund demands for services or orders that were never purchased or do not exist. Filing a fake or dishonest refund request is a serious violation of our terms and can result in a Permanent Ban from the ScaleVest platform. Every appeal is cross-verified before processing.
ScaleVest does not store or handle any payment information directly. From the initial charge all the way to any refund transfer, everything is fully processed and secured through RazorPay.
