Eligibility & Compliance

ScaleVest is a professional industrial infrastructure. Use of the platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 13. Full ecosystem features require users to be 18+.

Independent Governance ScaleVest operates as a sovereign data silo. We do not transfer, sell, or disclose user metrics to government entities or third-party corporations without explicit cryptographical consent from the user.

User Conduct & Communication

The ScaleVest community chat is a high-trust environment. Any misuse will result in immediate termination.

Suspicious Links: Users are strictly advised not to open links from unverified sources. ScaleVest is not liable for data loss occurring via external phishing links.
No solicitations: Requesting private credentials or wallet keys is grounds for immediate ecosystem removal.
